How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact us through the app and we'll sort it out for you.
What happens next
Refunds normally reach your original payment method within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank. When a refund is processed, Premium features switch off again and your free Riverbend account — your fly boxes, trips and progress — stays exactly as it is.
After 30 days
Premium is a single payment with nothing to cancel, so you'll never be charged again. If something has gone wrong outside the 30 days, tell us anyway — we'd rather hear about it and will do what we reasonably can.
