What it imitates

When to fish it
High or coloured water after rain, on rivers and small stillwaters.
Materials
- Squirmy worm material in pink or red
- Fluorescent pink thread
- 3.5mm slotted tungsten bead
Steps
- 1
Slide the slotted bead onto the jig hook and start the thread behind it.

Lay a short thread base — keep it light, squirmy material cuts easily.

Tie the squirmy in across the middle with soft loose turns, both ends free.
- 4
Build a small thread collar behind the bead, whip finish and leave the ends wiggly.
